Terms and Conditions
A $1,390 service fee, plus any agreed premium advertising, are billed and payable on engagement. This service is for two months or until the role is filled, cancelled or withdrawn (whichever is sooner). No success fee is charged on placement.
The $1,390 service fee does not include paid/premium advertising. There is complimentary advertising, including Indeed, our website, social media and reposting sites. Premium advertising budget is agreed on engagement depending on the role, location and urgency.
Paid/premium advertising may be recommended for the campaign of your role. It will be quoted (for approval) at the supplier's price for the advert at the time of engagement or placement during the campaign. Paid/premium advertising includes Seek, LinkedIn and other sites that carry an individual fee to run the advertising.
An additional fee will be charged if more than one candidate is hired through the engagement.
If the role has been filled, but you want to continue looking for an additional hire, TwoTicks can re-engage for $1,390.
The service includes:
- Preparation and loading of advertising
- Management of all advertising responses if engaged with an advertising budget
- Searching of job board databases (TwoTicks Database, Seek, LinkedIn, Indeed) and contacting potential applicants
- Notifications to all candidates
- Phone reviews with all shortlisted candidates
- Weekly shortlist to the client
TwoTicks also accepts and processes internal or direct applicants.
Additional services can be provided at a chargeable rate of $120 per hour, including arranging interviews, reference checking, attending interviews and/or offer negotiations.
The service is complete if the role is filled by either a TwoTicks response, direct or via an agency. It is also complete if the role is withdrawn or cancelled.
All fees are exclusive of GST and are invoiced for prompt payment. If the account is not paid within terms (7 days), TwoTicks may pause service until payment is received. If fees remain unpaid TwoTicks reserves the right to refer a collection to a third party with any associated collection costs charged to the client.
